711 Sanfujiko 325A (FB26635) is a well-bred donor cow with rare high-Tajima-line genetics.  She is sired by the somewhat rare and sought-after “Sanji Y13”, who is in turn sired by Sanjirou (Michifuku over Suzutani) and out of a cow sired by Kitateruyasudoi J2810 (003) and in turn out of a cow that traces to Dai 7 Itozakura top and bottom and once to Yasumi Doi on the top.  And she is out of a cow with Takazakura, Michifuku and Kikuhana sire lines, and she is originally out of the highly sought-after Fujuko cow (Haruki 2 / Okutani).

The following list of famous sires makes up 100% of her total genetics:

  • 25.0% Michifuku (top through Sanjirou as well as in the bottom), a 100% Tajima-line foundation sire generally regarded as the best overall carcass sire to have left Japan, and who is sired by the famous Monjiro and out of a dam grand sired by the famous Yasumi Doi, and who is well known for breed leading marbling, marbling fineness and ribeye size.
  • 12.5% Suzutani (top through Sanjirou), a 100% Tajima-line female widely regarded as the best carcass female to have left Japan, well known for outstanding marbling and marbling fineness.
  • 12.5% Kitateruyasudoi J2810 (top), a sire known for outstanding carcass traits, and who’s pedigree contains the famous Yasumi Doi (sire of both Yasutani Do and Monjiro) in both the top and bottom of the pedigree.
  • 12.5% Kitatemako J14138 (top), a rare cow in the Wagyu breed with only 2 offspring recorded, who’s pedigree traces to the famous sire Dai 7 Itozakura and the cow Nishizuru top and bottom as well as to famous sire Yasumi Doi on the top.
  • 6.25% Takazakura, (top), a high-Tajima-line sire known or good size and growth while still having good marbling, and who’s grandsire is the famous Japanese sire Yasufuku 930.
  • 6.25% Kikuhana, a famous foundation sire known for size and maternal characteristics, and tracing to the famous sire Dai 7 Itozakura top and bottom.
  • 6.25% Hikohime 3/2, one of the Takeda Farms Hikohime line of females, sired by Itomichi and from the famous and highly regarded Ezokintou cow family.
  • 6.25% Haruki 2 (through the Fujiko cow), a very well respected balanced foundation sire in turn sired by the famous Monjiro, and who sired the famous Shigeshigetani, and who is highly regarded for good carcass attributes while also having better than average size and maternal characteristics. 
  • 6.25% Okutani (original cow family through the Fujiko cow), grand sired by Shigeshigenami, one of the most famous sires in Japan, and a highly sought-after cow family known for outstanding carcass attributes. 

She is a “carcass” Wagyu, with a small amount of “balance”, with a small-to-medium-sized frame (1,000 lbs), who’s pedigree indicates that she should contribute excellent carcass qualities to her offspring. She is very docile and “easy keeping”, and she has proven her calf-raising ability.  

She is tested free of the known genetic recessive disorders.  DNA tests:  SCD=VA; Tenderness=5.
