We strive to improve beef quality in the already supremely high quality Wagyu breed in terms of both healthfulness and eating quality. With our breeding decisions we target improvements in total marbling, the fineness of marbling, meat fiber tenderness and a lower melting point of marbling fat.
We understand that the best herd sires are yet to come, and will be produced through the wise choosing of sires and dams that have the best chance of providing DNA that will generate higher quality offspring.
